Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Returns Daily Herbs & Nature will refund any unopened or unused product for 30 days after the product is shipped. The product being exchanged or returned must be in its original condition and packaging. Unless the product were defective, you would be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost of returning the package to us.

Defective/Damaged Products

If you find that there is a problem with your product, please get in touch with the Alka Products support team immediately upon receiving your order. We will then email you a return label to place directly on your box, and you can return it to us at no charge to you. Once the product has tracking showing it is in transit, we will send out a replacement product immediately.

How to Return a Product

If you would like to return your order or a product within your order, please email us at info@alkaproductsllc.com. Once we confirm the return, you can return it to the address below. Please make sure to include a copy of your order receipt in the box. Otherwise, we may not know it is coming from you.

International Returns
